Narrative:
A Cargojet Airways Ltd. Boeing 757-223 (C-GVAJ/CJT920) from Covington/Cincinnati Int'l Airport, KY (KCVG) to Calgary Int'l, AB (CYYC) reported observing bright lights in the vicinity of Regina Int'l Airport, SK (CYQR) at approximately 50 000 to 55 000 feet. No traffic in the area described. No operational impact.
