Narrative:
The NAV Canada HQ Duty Officer reported that NORAD had contacted them, at approximately 1730 EST, to inform them of an observation on the NORAD radar of a large tubular object between FL370 and FL470 in the area of Chicago which was moving toward the Thunder Bay area. In coordination with NORAD, NAV Canada has requested several aircraft in that area to report any visual observation.
