Narrative:
A Delta Air Lines Inc. Boeing 737-900 (N845DH/DAL1637) from Fairbanks, AK (PAFA) to Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN (KMSP) was cruising at F390 when the pilot inquired as to the identity of the traffic well above them and moving right to left. The controller advised that there was no known traffic in the area. The pilot replied that they couldn't figure out what it was either. No impact to operations.
