CONDITIONS

This Equivalency Certificate authorizes 1401380 Ontario Limited doing business as Wilderness North Air, to handle, offer for transport or transport, by cargo aircraft, dangerous goods that are:

· UN1202, DIESEL FUEL, Class 3, Packing Group III,

· UN1203, GASOLINE, Class 3, Packing Group II, or

· UN1863, FUEL, AVIATION, TURBINE ENGINE, Class 3, Packing Group II or III,

in a manner that does not comply with subsection 12.1(1) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, if:

(a) the air operator handles, offers for transport or transport the dangerous goods in compliance with section 12.9 - Limited Access of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, except for subparagraph 12.9(1)(c)(iii);

(b) a Class 3 label or placard, as shown in Chapter 3 of Part 5 of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air or Part 4 of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, is displayed on two opposite sides of the large means of containment;

CONDITIONS

(c) the dangerous goods that are in residual quantities may be transported to a location that is not limited access, for the purpose of aircraft maintenance or positioning;

(d) the air operator ensures that the personnel handling and transporting the dangerous goods is trained in regards to the conditions of this Equivalency Certificate; and

(e) a paper or electronic copy of this Equivalency Certificate accompanies the dangerous goods.

Note: The issuance of this Equivalency Certificate in no way reduces the certificate holder's responsibility to comply with any other requirements of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air, the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, and the Canadian Aviation Regulationsnot specifically addressed in this certificate.
