Explanatory Note

This Equivalency Certificate authorizes the certificate holder to transport empty means of containment, without removing the dangerous goods safety marks, from the disposal site, to a drop-off facility at public locations, when they follow the conditions outlined in this certificate. Due to the "drop-off" nature of the service provided by the applicant, it is reasonable to expect that at any given time the means of containment would be marked with the appropriate safety marks while remaining empty.
