CONDITIONS

This Equivalency Certificate authorizes Revolution Environmental Solutions Acquisition GP Inc. and its clients to handle, offer for transport or transport, and authorizes any person to handle or transport on behalf of the certificate holder, by road vehicle, dangerous goods that are:

• UN1060, METHYLACETYLENE AND PROPADIENE MIXTURE, STABILIZED, Class 2.1,

• UN1072, OXYGEN, COMPRESSED, Class 2.2(5.1),

• UN1075, LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES, Class 2.1,

• UN1978, PROPANE, Class 2.1, or

• UN1011, BUTANE, Class 2.1,

in a manner that does not comply with subparagraph 5.10(1)(a)(ii) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, if:

(a) the cylinders are intended for disposal, recycling or other reclamation process;

(b) each cylinder has a capacity not exceeding 1,25 L;

(c) the cylinders are contained in an open top drum that:

(i) has a water capacity equal to or less than 250 L,

(ii) is leakproof and designed, constructed, filled, closed, secured, and maintained so that under normal conditions of transport, including handling, there will be no accidental release of dangerous goods that could endanger public safety, and

(iii) is adequately ventilated to prevent the creation of a flammable atmosphere and the build-up of pressure;

(d) the means of containment is transported in a vehicle that is adequately ventilated to prevent the creation of a flammable atmosphere and the build-up of pressure;

(e) the dangerous goods are transported directly from the collection facility to the closest appropriate facility for disposal or recycling;

(f) in addition to the requirements of Part 6 (Training) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, the certificate holder ensures that the personnel handling, offering for transport or transporting the dangerous goods is trained in regards to the conditions of this Equivalency Certificate; and

(g) the shipping document that accompanies the dangerous goods includes the following additional information legibly and indelibly printed:

"Equivalency Certificate No. SH 11617 (REN 1)"

Note: The issuance of this Equivalency Certificate in no way reduces the certificate holder's responsibility to comply with any other requirements of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air, the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, and the Canadian Aviation Regulationsnot specifically addressed in this certificate.

Explanatory Note

This Equivalency Certificate allows the use of 250 L open top drums to transport non-refillable cylinders of:

• UN1060, METHYLACETYLENE AND PROPADIENE MIXTURE, STABILIZED, Class 2.1,

• UN1072, OXYGEN, COMPRESSED, Class 2.2(5.1),

• UN1075, LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES, Class 2.1,

• UN1978, PROPANE, Class 2.1, or

• UN1011, BUTANE, Class 2.1

for transportation to a facility for recycling or disposal.
